We assist you with your document needs from start to finish. That means we take care of preparing, assembling, notarizing, copying, serving, and in most cases, filing your documents with the courts. Serving all of Florida with a wide list of document preparation services and worldwide with translations and U.S. immigration petitions. We are ready to help no matter where you are; and while we mainly work remotely, we are available to meet in person for urgent matters in Lee, Charlotte and Collier Counties.

About the founder

My name is Melody Vassania; I founded ATLAS after several years of helping my community with their document preparation needs under Mel's Notary and Document Services.

I started in the legal field 18 years ago as an office assistant at We The People, a document preparation office. There I learned that most uncontested legal procedures can be done through the self-help process (pro se) and without the need to spend thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees. I first started by aiding my loved ones and friends who did not understand the bureaucracy and red tape in our legal system, then came their friends, friends of friends and so on. Over the years I came to the realization that there is a fundamental professional need in our community, and that is how ATLAS was born, a complete center for all your document preparation requests.

My Qualifications:

I have a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, ample experience working as a paralegal for two law firms over a period of fifteen years and as a notary public since 2002. In addition, I hold a Professional License in World Language Education.
